Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order or any item has not yet been shipped, please inform our support team.

Outcome: The order will be cancelled and a gift card equal to the product value will be issued. The gift card is valid for 1 year.

Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped but not delivered, you must inform our support team within 48 hours of placing the order.

Outcome: A gift card will be issued for the product value after deducting a flat ₹50 courier/shipping charge. The gift card is valid for 1 year.

Replacements & Returns

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
All products undergo quality checks before dispatch. If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong product, or one with a manufacturing defect, please request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.

Malfunctioning Products
If the product malfunctions immediately upon receipt, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Process:

  1. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup

  2. The product will be checked for functionality

  3. If a manufacturing defect is found, the product will be replaced

  4. If no defect is found, the same product will be returned and shipping charges will apply

Replacement Exclusions
Products will not be replaced in the following cases:
• Physical damage or defects not reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Damage caused due to electrical surges or voltage fluctuations at the user’s end
• User-inflicted or mishandled damage

Note: Most Zebraa products come with carry-in warranty support. For Zebraa chargers, once the issue is confirmed by customer service, doorstep pickup and delivery will be provided.


Warranty Information

Extended Warranty Reward
Customers purchasing directly from the Zebraa website receive an additional 30-day extended warranty on all products.

Warranty Claim Requirements
The following are mandatory for all warranty claims or repairs:

  1. 360-degree handover video of the product at pickup

  2. Unboxing video at the time of delivery

Important notes:
• Products sent for warranty repair may receive minor scratches or dents during the repair process
• Zebraa will not be responsible for claims without the required videos
• Warranty claims will not be accepted if the videos are missing
