Return & Replacement Policy

Zebraa does not offer returns once the product has been delivered and opened by the customer.

If the product has a technical issue, a replacement request can be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. A fresh replacement will be dispatched after physical examination of the product. If no issue is found during testing, the same unit will be returned to the customer.

If a ticket is raised after 7 days of delivery but within the warranty period, the product will be replaced with an equivalent-condition product after testing.

If a replacement is required during the warranty period and the same product (colour or variant) is out of stock, an alternate product of equivalent value will be offered. The warranty will continue from the original purchase date.


Damaged, Wrong Product or Missing Accessories

If you receive a damaged product, wrong product, or missing accessories, please raise a complaint within 24 business hours of delivery.

To raise a request, email care@zebraa.co.in with your order ID and clear images of the product and packaging. Based on verification, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

Attention: If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery.

Note on wrong product: A product is considered wrong only if it is completely different from what was ordered. No refund or replacement will be provided for defect-free products based on appearance, minor shade variations, or sound quality differences.


Warranty Policy

Zebraa products come with a 1-year warranty, and Zebraa accessories come with a 3-month warranty, covering manufacturing and technical defects only. Physical damage is not covered.

Free door-to-door service is provided during the warranty period from the date of purchase.

A valid invoice is mandatory to avail warranty services, regardless of the purchase channel. Zebraa reserves the right to deny service if proof of purchase is not provided.

If the issue cannot be resolved over call or email, Zebraa will arrange a pickup for repair or replacement. If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product at your own cost. Zebraa will not be responsible for any loss or damage during self-shipping.

Zebraa is not liable for any rashes, skin allergies, injuries, property damage, loss of life, or personal data loss arising directly or indirectly from the use of Zebraa products.

While Zebraa strives to resolve issues promptly, there is no obligation to complete repairs within a specific timeframe.


Out-of-Warranty Policy

If a product is out of warranty and has a technical issue, servicing will be chargeable.

If the product is not repairable, a replacement may be offered on a chargeable basis, subject to product availability.


Warranty Exclusions

Warranty is not applicable in the following cases:
• Physical damage or customer abuse
• Repairs by unauthorized personnel
• Misuse or mishandling
• Damage caused by pests, pets, rodents, or insects
• Accidental or incidental damage
• Liquid spillage
• Exposure to extreme temperatures
• Normal wear and tear due to regular usage

The warranty automatically expires after 12 months from the date of purchase, even if the product was unused during this period.


Shipping Policy

Zebraa offers free shipping on all orders placed on www.zebraa.co.in.

Each order can be shipped to only one address. Multiple addresses require separate orders.

Orders are typically shipped within 2 working days. In some cases, shipping may take 3 or more working days due to festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery generally takes 5 to 7 business days.


Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID will be shared. Tracking will be active after dispatch.

You can track your order by entering your order ID on the tracking page to view delivery status and estimated delivery time.


Payment Options

Orders can be paid using prepaid methods or Cash on Delivery (COD). COD availability depends on the delivery pin code and may not be available for all locations.

You can check COD availability during checkout by entering your pin code.


Cancellation Policy

Once an order is processed, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, the order must be refused at the time of delivery.


GST Policy

GST invoices are not available for B2C purchases made on the Zebraa website. Only B2B (corporate) customers are eligible for GST invoices. Zebraa will not be responsible for any misunderstanding of this policy.


Delayed Delivery

If your order is not delivered within the estimated time, you may choose to cancel it. A full refund will be processed within 14 days. Refund timelines may vary due to bank processing, national holidays, or unforeseen events.

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
