Warranty Registration
To avail warranty on your product, please register as soon as possible from the date of purchase.

Warranty Guidelines
Zebraa products come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies depending on the product purchased. Please refer to your warranty card or invoice for coverage details. Products typically come with either a 6-month or 1-year warranty as specified in the invoice or packaging.
Proof of purchase in the form of an invoice is required to register for warranty services. Zebraa reserves the right to refuse services if the invoice is not provided.
Out of Warranty
Products are not covered under warranty after the expiry of the warranty period specified on the warranty card. This warranty automatically expires on the specified date, even if the product is not in use during the warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
Zebraa Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Damage due to customer abuse, unauthorized repair, or misuse

Damage caused by pests, pets, or rodents

Accidental damage or liquid spillage

Exposure to extreme temperatures

Normal wear and tear from regular usage

How to Register a Complaint or Claim Warranty

If your product has an issue, raise a complaint online on our website: www.zebraa.co.in/contact-us

The product must be registered under warranty.

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange reverse pickup from your address.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our warehouse and provide tracking details to our customer service team.

Note: Any self-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Zebraa is not liable for loss or damage during transit.

Average Resolution Time: 12–15 working days.
While we strive to expedite repairs, delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.
